We understand the need and the challenge faced by some when equipment goes down and the manufacturer’s lead times create an issue. That is why we make a point of holding reserve stock ready for immediate dispatch. A recent example is Health Services Laboratories (HSL) laboratory in central London that had an oven failure on Saturday 15th December. With a week before Christmas and 6-8 week lead times we realised their fix. We quoted on Sunday and by Monday morning we were able to mobilise to ship two large ovens to the customer’s facility resulting in little downtime.
